1) How much is shipping? |

| Shipping charges are based on several variables: weight, distance, size. You can see the shipping charges when you checkout without any obligation to place an order. Simply add items to your cart, click checkout, enter a shipping address and you will see shipping rates and options. |

| Leaded crystal contains up to 30% lead. The leaded glass has better refractive properties and is found in higher end crystals. We sell both leaded and unleaded prisms.

5) What is Rock Crystal? |

| Rock Crystal is made from real quartz. The Rock Crystal is mined, cut and polished. The best Rock Crystal has white veins and no or very little yellow. |
