Shipping and Processing - Information on Ordering and Shipping

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are based on your order total. For domestic shipments inside the lower 48 United States, shipping is $6.75 for orders under $49. For orders over $49, shipping is FREE. US customers can also choose ground, 2nd Day, and Overnight Service.

Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be shipped by the United States Postal Service.

Canadian Customers
We will gladly take orders from Canadian customers. Prices are shown in US Dollars. Canadian customers can select from various Postal Service options like First Class, Priority Mail, and Expedited. Not all services will be available based on weight and destination. All duties, taxes and broker fees are the responsibility of the customer.

International Orders
Sorry, but at the present time (except for Canada), we are not able to process International Orders.

Order Processing and Shipping Time
Processing your order normally takes 1 business day. All merchandise, which is in stock at the time your order is processed, should arrive at your door within 3-7 business days after your order is processed. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada residents should allow several more days for shipping time.

Temporarily Out of Stock
Our online availability check system will allow you to determine whether or not an item is in stock for immediate shipping. If the item is TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK, you are requested to reorder the item at a later date when it becomes available. Please check the item on our website again around the EXPECTED DATE for availability.

Deliverable Address
By having your correct shipping address, we can better assure prompt delivery to your door.

Discontinued Items
For reasons beyond our control, an item may be DISCONTINUED even though an online photograph, description and pricing may be shown. DISCONTINUED means that the item is not available at this time, and it will not be available at a later date. In the case of a discontinued item, please select an alternative or substitute item for your order.

Taxes
Tennessee residents will be charged a 9 3/4% sales tax.

Payment Policies
We accept payment through this site. The types are determined by the payments processor: Shopify. Please be sure to carefully include your credit card number, expiration date, the cardholder’s name and credit card billing address.
