Chandelier Supply Returns Policy

Satisfaction Guaranteed – 30 day return policy.
You may return merchandise (for any reason) as long as it is returned within 30 days of the date of shipping. The merchandise must be returned complete and unaltered, in the original cartons, properly packed, with the original inner packing materials. If returned within 30 days, and received in good original condition, we will refund the full purchase price of the item (less the shipping charges). If the merchandise was returned due to our error in shipping (wrong quantity, wrong item, or defective item) we will refund the full purchase price plus shipping, plus reasonable return shipping charges, and taxes, if applicable.

No returns or claims will be accepted after 30 days. So, please notify us as soon as possible should you want to return merchandise. Please make arrangement for your return by calling 1-931-474-3020 (7am until 5 pm Central Time, Monday thru Friday) or by email.
