Internet Order

Add to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Internet order payments are by credit card or through mailed in payment.

Fax Order

Print the order form, then fill out your order while shopping online and Fax it to us at 1-931-473-3014. Be sure to include your complete, correct deliverable address phone number, and if applicable, credit card information, with cardholder’s name and expiration date.

Mail Order

Print the shopping cart, then fill in your order while shopping online and mail it to us at:

Browse and Search for Products

Chandelier Supply products are broken into basic collections, like "Rock Crystals" and "Candle Covers". When you click on a collection products within the section are displayed. If you are looking for a particular product try searching using the search box at the top right of every page.

Use the search at the top of each page by entering keywords. E.g "u-drop". When searching you do not need to use the "and" for more than one word. The search results will be listed by relevance to your query. Click on a product name and you will proceed to a detailed product page.

Adding Items to your Shopping Cart

Simply click on the "Add to Cart" button. When you add an item to your cart, you will be taken to a screen that shows you the contents of your cart. You'll see the item you just selected and the quantity. You can change the quantity of any item of your cart.

You can double check the prices of all items or delete them from your cart. Once you have logged in, you can change quantities and determine which shipping address to use when sending each item.

Logon or Register

Before you can place an order, you will need to logon or register by clicking on the Login link at the top of page. If you have used this site before, you can enter your email and password. If you haven't been here before, you can click the register link and complete the account information. Everytime you visit Chandelier Supply website after creating your account, you can "place your orders" without re-entering your billing & shipping information.


After having logged in and placing items in your shopping cart, you can checkout by pressing the button labeled "Checkout" from the shopping cart page.

This will lead you to a screen that shows you what shipping address(es) will be used, type of payment, and related information. You may also cancel your order on this screen.

Damage Claims

All shipments are carefully packed by experienced professional packers in accordance with existing requirements and practices. We are sincerely interested in keeping breakage to a minimum in order to reduce the inconvenience to our customers and to our own administrative staff. Nevertheless, breakage will occur and we cannot accept responsibility after we have received the carrier’s receipt for merchandise received in good order.

Should damage occur in transit, DO NOT REFUSE TO ACCEPT THE SHIPMENT as this will cause unnecessary delays and added expense. Please file the claim immediately as damage claims will not be accepted after 15 days.

U.P.S. & FEDEX Ground CLAIMS: If merchandise is received damaged, obtain the delivering carriers notation of damage and notify us immediately. Hold all merchandise and packing material in the original carton for inspection and recall. We will assist you in every possible way in collecting your claims for loss or damage.

PARCEL POST CLAIMS: If merchandise is received damaged, obtain the delivering carriers notation of damage and notify your local postmaster immediately.

MOTOR FREIGHT CLAIMS: If merchandise is received damaged, obtain the delivering carriers notation of damage and notify your Motor Freight carrier immediately. Hold all merchandise and packing materials in the original carton until your claim is paid.

Restocking Charges

We cannot be responsible for packages returned to us due to no fault such as undeliverable address, order refusals, or returned orders. A 15% restocking fee plus shipping charges will apply.
